At ThriveFlow Yoga, based in Kennebunk, Maine, we welcome new yogis, longtime practitioners, and everyone in between. Specializing in Vinyasa Flow, our classes are designed to help you reconnect with your strength, breathe a little deeper, and remember your wholeness—just as you are. Rooted in the earth beneath us and inspired by the fire within, we invite you to move with intention and ease, whether you’re navigating stress, change, or simply seeking space to flow. We’re here to help you find balance and ignite your inner light.
Founded by Áine Cryts, MPH, MAAP, RYT 200, ThriveFlow Yoga is grounded in mindfulness, self-compassion, and a deep respect for yoga’s transformative power. Having participated in the Fluid Yoga® 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training at Samudra Studio Yoga in Biddeford, Maine, Áine brings a warm, compassionate presence to every class.
